Krustini

Krustini are a traditional Maltese seasoned biscuit. They are very similar to the Italian biscotti, but thicker.

The recipe did evolve over time however; incorporating new elements like orange flower water & fennel seeds; which made it into what are now known as ‘Krustini’.
