All goods are able to be returned at the cost of the customer.
To receive a refund, goods must be returned as delivered.
Package seal must not be broken, and if frozen or refrigerated, they must be returned frozen or refrigerated.
We will not accept defrosted goods.
If payment was made by debit/credit card, the surcharge will not be refunded, and you will receive a cash refund due to merchant fees.
If goods were sent by post, refund will be processed once goods are returned to MalteseFoods by a bank transfer.
If goods were delivered on a delivery run, you can either bring them back to MalteseFoods or wait for our return on the next delivery for your closest Meet Up location.
Goods may also be exchanged as well, but as described, this will be at the customers expense, or you can meet upon the next scheduled delivery run. Goods must be returned as described above.
