All orders that require shipping or delivery will include a portion of handling fee and delivery fees.
To avoid all fees, you are more than welcome to select Self Pick up and collect from us at Woody Point.
All postage orders will incur an extra $3 for packaging and handling. We keep this cost down by recycling packaging material.
All delivery run orders will include $5 which contribute to the time, effort and running expenses of the business running these deliveries.
When selecting MEET UP LOCATIONS you may need to drive up to 30 minutes to collect your order, we will always try to keep this number down to 15 minutes maximum, but cannot always guarantee this.
Time and locations for MEET UP LOCATIONS cannot be arranged until orders are closed for the delivery run.
Times and locations are always dependant of orders and cannot guarantee same location everytime.
When selecting MEET UP LOCATION you are agreeing to meet on time, we will give you a maximum of 10 minutes to collect your order.
If you don't make the 10 minute window, you will miss your order.
When selecting HOME DELIVERY you are able to leave an eski with ice. So long as payment is made prior to delivery you don't need to be home.
We will not leave goods behind if payment has not been made.
All bank transfer payments must be made ahead of delivery. If you have not made payment prior to delivery, you will need to pay with cash or card. Card will incur a 1.9% surcharge.
